Alodized Aluminum Blanks
All Hall Signs aluminum blanks are manufactured at our Bloomington facility per U.S. Bureau of Public Roads Standards. Our standard blanks have 3/8" holes for mounting and radius corners in accordance with the Federal Standard Highway Signs Manual. Blanks are chemically treated to meet ASTM B 499 specifications as pretreatment for paint or sheeting applications. We stock a variety of sizes in our Metal Shop for your convenience. Non-reflective and reflective sheeted blanks are available for purchase here.

Production Times
Each of our signs and blanks is handmade at our Bloomington, Indiana facility. While we do stock some items on our floor, most of the products we sell must be produced before we can ship them to you. Production time for most non-stock items is 5 - 7 business days. We will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm a scheduled ship date. We will make every effort to meet rush requests, but cannot guarantee them unless we have been contacted in advance. Click here for additional information.
