Last week we, along with many of our customers across the U.S., were impacted by a series of severe weather events. In Indiana many counties received record snowfall followed by record cold temperatures that plunged into the negative double-digits. The conditions that resulted from this combination of events were quite dangerous and travel restrictions were put into place in nearly all of Indiana's 92 counties, including our own.

Our first priority is always to our customers: to provide the best customer service in the industry, to sell the highest quality products, and to deliver those products on time. On the rare occasion that we must consider putting these goals aside for the safety of our employees, we will choose to do so. In this instance, Hall Signs elected to close for two business days just after reopening for the New Year. We returned to the office this morning and immediately resumed working on the orders that were delayed due to this unexpected closure.

If your order is one of the many that has been delayed by this unforeseen event, we sincerely apologize. Our entire staff is working as quickly as they can to make it right.
